Payment partners:

Emails Etc uses payment partners in the payment mechanism between the Client and Emails Etc. If the Client applies to reverse payment via any of the payment partners this will be regarded as a breach of the terms of sale and legal action to recover any monies withheld by the payment partner along with costs will be taken immediately against the Client on application by the Client to reverse the payment. This will involve immediate referral to solicitors and appropriate application for, but not limited to, County Court Judgement.

Software provision:

The agreement between Emails Etc and the Client is for provision of data to the Client. Emails Etc can provide software free of charge with the data to allow sending of the emails. This is not part of the agreement and, although Emails Etc will attempt to assist in whatever way it can by advice and support, Emails Etc are not responsible if the Client machine prevents download, installation, configuration or operation of the software.

Use of the Website:

The contents of this web site may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior express written permission of us.
